LifeBridge Health & Fitness’ fully state and nationally licensed massage therapists specialize in a variety of massage techniques. Massage and bodywork is an essential component for our fitness and wellness regime. It helps to prolong and maintain good health.

It is the objective of each of our highly skilled and licensed massage therapists to help you learn more about your body and how to alleviate and prevent pain. By integrating massage and bodywork into your routine, you will realize an increase in your flexibility and joint range of motion, even more energy and endurance, and a decrease in your stress level.

Rock Wall

Check out our nearly 30-foot tall rock wall constructed by Rockwerx with three auto belay systems.

Choose from three climbing routes which vary in difficulty from 5.2 to 5.8. Routes will be changed periodically.

Research has shown that climbing is an efficient way to exercise because it burns calories at a rate comparable to other full body workouts such as swimming, rowing and running. As with all sports and exercise, there are specific training methods and programs for climbing that can increase strength, stamina and overall performance.

  • Use of the Rockwall is complimentary for members and guests of members.
  • Harnesses are provided by the Club or you may bring your own.
  • Proper footwear – Athletic shoes are allowed; however, specific climbing shoes are ideal.
  • Private climbing sessions and private party rentals are available.

Kid Zone

Welcome to the KidZone at LifeBridge Health & Fitness. All KidZone employees are certified in Infant and Child CPR. Each employee also gets a State and Federal Background Check and Drug Testing. We want your child(ren) to be happy and safe while you enjoy the facility. The age requirement for the KidZone is 2 months to 12 years old. In order to accomplish this goal, the following policies need to be adhered to:

Enjoy your workout while your child participates in age-appropriate activities including educational games, crafts and story time. To ensure availability, please register 12 hours in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on space availability.

To ensure the safety of and proper attention to each child, there is a ratio of six children to one adult and two infants to one adult.

Enjoy a night out on the town! Parent’s Night Out is offered the second Friday of each month for a nominal fee. Non-Members are welcome! If you would like to participate, please speak with a KidZone team member for more details.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday evenings: 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – noon
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – noon

No refunds are offered on unused KidZone sessions.

The amount of time allowed for your child(ren) to visit the KidZone is two hours.

RESERVATIONS
• We recommend that parents make an appointment for the KidZone at least 12 hours in advance. Messages may be left on the KidZone’s 24 hour voicemail at 410.318.6806.
• When making an appointment, we will need to know your child(ren)’s name, age and the length of time they will be in the KidZone.
• No more than six children per staff member will be accepted at one time. We welcome two infants per staff (under 12 months). If there are already six children assigned to a staff member, you will be notified if any space becomes available. There are times when we may be full and unable to care for your child(ren). Infant spots fill up quickly, so please be sure to reserve space early.
• Walk-Ins will only be accepted if space is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that if you are not able to bring your child(ren) to the KidZone that you cancel your appointment at least two hours before your scheduled visit. If a cancellation is not made, a charge will incur for the amount of time reserved.

ILLNESS
No child will be accepted for supervision when showing signs of sickness or any communicable diseases (including symptoms of a cold such as sneezing, runny nose and a recurring cough). Children must be free of vomiting, temperature and diarrhea for at least 24 hours before returning to the KidZone. This decision is at the discretion of the KidZone staff. Your child will not be permitted access to the KidZone or you will be asked to take your child home immediately if your child exhibits these symptoms. A Doctor’s note may be required before allowing your child to return to the KidZone.

BEHAVIORAL GUIDELINES
The safety of all children in our care is our number one priority. If any child behaves in a disruptive manner that may jeopardize the health, safety or well-being of staff members or other children, LifeBridge Health & Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate that child’s use of the KidZone.

SNACKS
Children are welcome to bring a snack, lunch or dinner with them. Please be sure that these items can be eaten independently (excluding infants). Please label all drink containers and diaper bags. THE KIDZONE IS A NUT FREE ENVIRONMENT; PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BRINGING IN PRODUCTS CONTAINING ANY KIND OF NUTS OR FOODS COOKED IN PEANUT OIL.

SECURITY
Parents are responsible for signing their children in and out each time they come to the KidZone. If you will be having someone else pick up your child, you must notify the KidZone staff in writing. Others visiting your children are not permitted unless you, the parent, accompanies them.

DIAPER POLICY
The KidZone staff will not be responsible for changing diapers, unless a Diaper Changing Authorization Form has been completed and signed by the parent. If no form has been completed, staff will notify parents when a diaper has become soiled.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of a severe weather event, a decision as to the opening/closing time will be updated on KZ extension 806.
