CycleFit is a high calorie burning cardio workout with music on a stationary bike, targeting specific energy zones. The bike has a self adjustable resistance knob. The classes are led by Cyclefit ‘coaches’ who will motivate the participant over hills and other terrains for a workout that is good for all fitness levels.
