Highly educated and certified in diverse fields that include physical therapy, exercise physiology, sports performance, post-rehab, corrective exercise and more, our trainers offer members the highest level of expertise.

All trainers must obtain a degree and/or certification before joining the team. After becoming a team member, all trainers must complete our in-house training prior to taking clients. LifeBridge Health & Fitness has also developed our own continuing education program for trainers that is unmatched in the industry.
