Every week, we offer more than 110 group exercise options. These include Les Mills BodyPump, Zumba, TRX, aquatics and spin, to name a few. And our yoga and STOTT Pilates classes were voted Baltimore’s best by Baltimore magazine.

Four state-of-the-art studios are specially designed for specific class formats, from the flooring, mood lighting, air and temperature control to the cutting edge sound and exercise equipment.
