Make a splash at our Aquatics Center!

LifeBridge Health & Fitness’ Aquatics Center features a heated (83 degrees), 25-yard, 5-lane lap pool and a 94-degree therapy pool. Both pools are equipped with saltwater generators, so you can enjoy swimming without the dry skin and faded suits.

We offer a variety of swimming classes and programs for all skill levels. Whether you are an experienced swimmer or are just getting comfortable with the water, we have the perfect program for you.


Kids Programs

LifeBridge Health & Fitness is your place for aquatics education! Whether your child is a skilled swimmer or just getting used to the water, we have the perfect program for them. We teach American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim classes for groups and individuals. Keep your child safe in the water while staying fit and sign up today!

Learn-to-Swim/Group Classes

  • The objectives of Level 1/Introduction to Water Skills for Ages 5+ are to learn basic personal water safety information and skills and to help participants feel comfortable in the water.
  • The objectives of Level 2/Fundamental Aquatic Skills for Ages 5+ are to give participants success with fundamental skills. Participants further develop simultaneous and alternating arm and leg actions on the front and back that lay the foundation for future strokes.

Private Swim Lessons
Every child is taught by one of our certified water safety instructor and can progress at his or her own pace. Lessons are scheduled upon instructor and student availability.

Semi-Private Swim Lessons
Sessions are taught by one of our certified water safety instructors with two-to-three students. Lessons are scheduled upon instructor and student availability.


Adult Programs

Private Swim Lessons
Every individual is taught by one certified water safety instructor and can progress at his or her own pace. Lessons are scheduled upon instructor and student availability.

Semi-Private Swim Lessons
Sessions are taught by one certified water safety instructor with two-to-three students. Lessons are scheduled upon instructor and student availability.

Group Fitness Swimming
Participants will receive coached instructions from one certified water safety instructor. The objective is to refine strokes so participants swim with more ease, efficiency, power, smoothness and distance. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday, 6:15-7:30 a.m.

Aqua Arthritis
Aqua Arthritis is a pool-based, recreational exercise class for people with arthritis. Classes are held in our heated therapy pool and led by professionals certified in Aqua Arthritis by the Arthritis Foundation. Training includes exercise principals and safety issues specific to people with arthritis. These exercises help increase the range of motion in your joints and strengthen muscles weakened by arthritis.
