Every week, we offer more than 50 group exercise classes, including Pilates, yoga, Zumba, TRX, spin and much more. Looking for one-on-one guidance? Our personal trainers work directly with you to meet your fitness goals. Are you a fish out of water? The Aquatics Center features a 25-yard, five-lane, heated pool and therapy pool.
After a workout, members can recover in one of our Massage chairs or treat yourself to an actual massage follwed by relaxing in our luxurious locker rooms with towel service, saunas and steam rooms. Education programs, wellness programs and medical screenings are offered also.
