LifeBridge Health & Fitness’ Aquatics Center features a heated (83 degrees), 25-yard, 5-lane lap pool and a 94-degree therapy pool.

Swim Lessons

We currently only offer Adult Swim Lessons and introducing Mommy (Daddy) & Me Lessons – We do not offer Kids Swim Lessons at this time.

Adult Lessons are available to both Members and Non-Members.

Beginners Classes

For the complete beginner wanting to learn how to swim.

Intermediate Classes

For the novice swimmer wanting to learn how to perfect their swimming ability.

Mommy (Daddy) & Me Classes

It’s never too early to introduce your child to the water! Our Mommy (Daddy) & Me swimming Lessons are a great way for parents to bond with their children and to get them use to and comfortable in the water.

Private Swim Lessons

Every individual is taught by one certified water safety instructor and can progress at his or her own pace. Lessons are scheduled upon instructor and student availability.

Semi-Private Swim Lessons

Sessions are taught by one certified water safety instructor with two students. Lessons are scheduled upon instructor and student availability.

Adult Group Swimming Lessons

Participants will receive coached instructions from one certified water safety instructor. These lessons are beginner, learn to swim lessons for Adults ONLY. These run in 6-week sessions.

Aqua Fitness

A combination of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning drills using water resistance.

 

  • Mondays 10:30 AM & 6:00 PM
  • Tuesdays 10:15 AM
  • Thursdays 10:15 AM
  • Saturdays 10:15 AM (summer schedule)

Aqua Bodysculpt

A low impact class designed to increase joint mobility and full range of motion in shallow water. All while getting a total body workout.
